Why was my card blocked?



We have an advanced security system set up on our cards, called Falcon Fraud Protection. This detection system continually monitors your credit and debit card activity to help identify and prevent fraudulent transactions on your account.

If FalconFraud Prevention Service identifies an unusual activity, they will contact you directly to verify transactions on your card. If Falcon is not able to reach you directly, they will leave a voicemail with a call back number to verify the transactions. For security reasons, they may also block your account. 

This is why it is essential to notify us of your travel plans. We can then let Falcon know that your activity may change
