I was reviewing my credit card transactions and found one that is not mine. What should I do?



Once you access your eZcard Info, under the account details tab, click on the transaction and complete the “dispute a charge” information.  The fraud department will open a case and cancel your credit card to avoid more fraudulent transactions.
