You can access your Co-Browsing Code in two simple ways — whether you're on our public website or inside Online Banking:
1. Use the keyboard shortcut
Press CTRL + Y on your keyboard while you’re on our website or inside Online Banking.
This instantly displays your six-digit code.
2. Use the menu link
Public Website: Scroll to the bottom of any page and click “CoBrowse Code” (located under the Nondiscrimination Notice).
Online Banking: Open the main menu and select “CoBrowse Code.”
Once your code appears, simply share the six digits with your representative so they can see your browser window and guide you.
