- Check if you’re eligible (employee, family member, or retiree receiving a pension or annuity from one of our partner organizations.)
- Complete the online application.
- Fund your account with your initial $5 deposit.
- Submit proof of affiliation.
- If you’re a non-U.S. citizen, complete Form W-8BEN.
