Not sure if it’s fraud or a merchant dispute?
Here’s a quick way to tell
It may be fraud if
You didn’t make the purchase.
The card wasn’t in your possession.
You see charges from unknown merchants.
A transaction appears out of country or unusual.
It’s a merchant dispute if
You were charged twice.
The amount is incorrect.
You were billed for something you returned.
You never received the merchandise or service.
Fraud = call us right away
Dispute = file it through the Card Management Site (MyCardInfo)4
