Legit Calls: We might call you, but we will NEVER ask for your PIN, passwords, or sensitive information. We may ask you to share your screen, but we will never remotely access your computer.

Scam Signs: If the caller ID looks like it’s from OAS FCU but they ask for info you should only know—like your card number or Social Security number—or tell you to click a link or press numbers, hang up! We already have that info.

What to Do:

Don’t share personal info!

Ask for their name and say, “I’ll call you back.”

Call us at 202-458-3834 to verify. Don’t return the original call!
