We are extremely proud to announce that this year the Credit Union Mortgage Association (CUMA) has granted OAS FCU the Titanium Award. It rewards credit unions who close over $30 million in mortgage loans in a single year.
CUMA will present us with the award officially during the Annual Meeting on May 25, 2022.
During the past few years in OAS FCU we have made determined efforts to diversify and expand the portfolio of home loan programs that we offer members, including adjustable rate mortgages, balloon loans and a program for first-time homebuyers. Additionally, our dedicated staff offers very personalized counseling during the application process. This ensures that each applicant obtains the loan that suits them best. And our new streamlined refinance closing process saved our members a combined $250,000 in closing costs in 2021!
