Irrevocable Pledge of Collateral: Download it from Intranet. Once you’ve completed it, have a lawyer designated by Administration authenticate it.

Your National Identification Card: both sides and in color, please.

Enter your full name and email address to access the DocuSign platform.

Read the Electronic Record and Signature Disclosure and Agreement that appears linked and, if you agree, select the agreement box. After that, press Continue.

Click on the yellow tab to sign electronically.

Fill the marked boxes and press the yellow tabs to insert your electronic initials and signature.

Find the button to Add Attachments to upload the documents stated in Step 1. Select Upload and press the Finish button.

To complete the process and submit your application, press the Finish button.
