A One-Time Passcode (OTP) is a security feature for transactions where your OAS FCU Debit or Credit Card isn’t present, such as online shopping. It is activated when a transaction appears suspicious, providing an extra layer of protection for your account. Before completing your purchase, you’ll receive an OTP via SMS or email (for credit card transactions, you’ll only have the email option), along with the purchase amount. You must enter this OTP on your device’s screen to finalize your transaction.
