Choose paperless…

Two years ago the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) passed legislation requiring mortgage lenders to provide detailed monthly mortgage account statements to all mortgage account holders. As a result, Credit Union Mortgage Association, an OAS FCU partner, has been providing you monthly paper “Amortized Loan Statements" of your mortgage loan.

 

Now we invite you to switch to eStatements* following the steps below:
 

1. Log in to your OAS FCU online banking
Click “CUMA mortgage loan” under the Services tab and follow the steps to access the Mortgage Center site. Make sure to use a browser that allows popups, or allow any “Blocked Popup” notifications to show:
 

2. Access your Mortgage Center Site
Access the Statement Documents tab and click the “Manage Paperless Statement” link.
 

3. Make the switch
Read the disclosures and consent; select “Electronic” for Amortized Loan Statement, and choose “YES” if you agree with the eSign disclosure and consent. Click the “Submit Button”. After this, you are all set!
 

*If you choose to receive your statement online, you will receive an email notification each month when the statement is available for you to view.
