Limitations in services
Due to the preventive measures issued regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, all mail deposits and mail payments sent to any of our branches will have a substantial processing delay since we do not have access to the credit union’s buildings. We strongly advise not to send any checks or payments by mail to our branches until further notice.
Fortunately, we do offer other options for payments and deposits that can help avoid the previously mentioned delays:
- You may visit one of our shared branches; please call ahead of time, to make sure that they are still open.
- You can deposit a check using remote capture on our mobile app.
- You can also use our Bill pay service within your online banking to pay your bills.
- You can use ACH or wire transfers as well to make payments or transfer funds.
