Here’s a list of the supporting documents you will need to provide to verify your* income and assets:
• Picture ID
• OAS FCU membership account number
• Income information:
- Latest paystub
- Tax returns and W-2 forms for the previous two years.
- If you’re self-employed, include business returns and 1040 tax forms
• Bank and brokerage statements from the past 2 months. This can include statements from your Credit Union account, 401K, and IRA, among others.
• A copy of your divorce decree or separation agreement (if applicable).
• If this is a purchase, a termite inspection and a completed condo questionnaire when the property is a condominium
*If you have a co-borrower, include the documents form the list as well.
